How does the AI assignment work?
SyncedSport scores referees against each game using availability, location, certifications, travel time, workload balance, and mentorship pairings — then surfaces ranked suggestions. You approve, adjust, or override every assignment. We're rolling out smarter ML-based suggestions during beta; the rules-based engine is what the product runs on today.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes! SyncedSport supports importing games and referee data from spreadsheets and CSV files.
What if we're switching from another assignment platform?
We provide full transition support. We'll migrate your data, set up your leagues and officials, and stay hands-on through go-live — so the switch doesn't fall on you.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Plans run on a one-season minimum. We put real work into onboarding — data migration, league setup, hands-on go-live — so we commit together for at least one full season. Annual plans cover a full year and come with a discount.
